Our restaurant's menu is the work of the renowned French chef Laurent Suaudeau. He has taken the best local and regional fare and combined them with mastery to create a unique gastronomic experience. Laurent has been recognised with several major awards and has published two books. Laurent has the scope to exercise his full genius here at the hotel and he has raised our menu to a new gastronomic level.

We have a kitchen garden that is 100% organic, because we believe gourmet should also mean healthy, and the majority of the salads and vegetables on our menu are grown right here at Ponta dos Ganchos. There is no set time for any of our meals, leaving guests entirely free to follow their whims. We change the menu daily so that we can offer something new each day.
